Was a PIC for set up a new branch in North Sulawesi, focused in business development from the scratch. In the first year, got 33 new stores with sales volume averaged at IDR 700 million monthly and on April 2020 there are 80+ store recorded to have sold our line of products which is totally new brand in this area.

Thanks to the teamwork, we were praised by Surabaya's Airport Authority as an Airline that able to went head-to-head with Singapore Airlines and China Airlines for the annual cargo volume despite of only having narrow body aircraft Airbus A-320 while the latter two had wide body Boeing 777 and operated twice a day. Maintained average of 100 tons monthly is quite a remarkable accomplishment and indeed one of my biggest achievements to date.

During the tenure in this company, Bank Mega have very high interest rate for lending compared to another financial institutions. We did cross selling with funding and credit cards division, while also segmenting to debtors with "surat ijo" as collateral because other banks could not accept it at the moment. With this strategy, maintained to reach monthly 1.5B target in 2010.

Work with 5 staff only while most operational job in this company contracted to a Ground Handling Agents (PT Gapura Angkasa) and our duty is to supervise them. From previous background, used the experience to engage customer service aspects to get the customer's loyalty, and instead of become the most expensive service at that time, the company managed to reach average 90% daily space utilization.

Supporting 6 Sales and 3 Managers in Surabaya branch for administration duty, such as Quotation, Purchase Orders, Reports, and Reimbursement, also acting as an in-house salesperson for any walk-in customers. Liaise with at least 6 different department and also Jakarta head office to ensure right implementation of SOP and KPI in the branch. Proudly involved in fleet sales of 19 Caterpillar forklift to an existing customer while visiting the branch in late 2007.
